crochet animals (aka amigurumi)

I've been dying to make an amigurumi creation ever since I discovered their existance. It took some time to get my crochet skills up to speed, but eventually I got there. I started out small with this little guy...He was fun and super easy. I'd love to make a bunch in different colors and using different accessories. After having no serious issues with the mouse I needed to move on to bigger. So I found a pattern for a baby dragon and made this guy...I gave him a cute lil flower to hold, and he's heading to my mom for her birthday. She's a fellow crafter, so I think she'll definitely appreciate how adorable he is. That's it so far for the amigurumi creatures. Eventually I'd love to make some of my own patterns. Who knew some yarn and a crochet needle could be so addicting!
